Return Process

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping bag or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to request a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
